Acceptable Use Policy
Humanizer is a writing assistant that helps you say what you mean more clearly. It is not a tool for hiding where text came from.
You may use Humanizer for
- Editing your own drafts for clarity, fluency, concision or tone
- Polishing emails, articles, blog posts, product copy, reports and other everyday writing
- Getting help writing in a language that isn't your first
- Coursework and professional work where AI assistance is permitted, with disclosure where it is required
You may not use Humanizer for
- Plagiarism, or submitting work with AI assistance where that is not permitted or without the attribution your school, publisher or employer requires
- Disguising the origin of text to deceive teachers, editors, employers, customers or the public
- Fake reviews, comments, testimonials or other deceptive content
- Spam, misinformation, impersonation, harassment, or any content that is illegal or harmful
Your responsibility
You remain the author of anything you create with Humanizer and are responsible for reviewing it before you use it. AI can make mistakes.
Humanizer is powered by Anthropic's Claude, so use of the service is also subject to Anthropic's Usage Policy. We may suspend accounts that break this policy.
